About Me: Special Education Teacher

I am in my 31st year of teaching.  I have been in Burke County since 2014.  I taught 2 years at Blakeney, 4 years at WPS, and now I am in my 3rd year at SGA.  I taught 22 years of high school special education in southern Ohio before coming to Georgia.  I got my Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Milligan College in east Tennessee.  I got my Master's degree in Special Education (Intervention Specialist) from University of Rio Grande in southern Ohio.  I also have a Reading Endorsement from Ohio University.  I love teaching children and seeing the joy of learning in their eyes.
