My name is Ms. Bridget Williams. I was born in raised in Girard, Georgia. I currently reside in Waynesboro. I earned a Bachelor Degree of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Phoenix. This is my first year in First Grade at S.G.A. Elementary. I also taught Pre- K for three years. Even before becoming a teacher I was a paraprofessional for 23 years (10 years @WPS and the 12 years at S.G. A. Elementary. Teaching is my passion, and even though you may hear that a lot, it truly is because of my endless effort to encourage and push my students to do their very best. When they succeed, I succeed. I have a son whom I love dearly. His name is Christopher Gavin. He's 13 years old and a upcoming 8th grader at the Burke County Middle School. One of his favorite things to do is building different Lego models. He has donated many of his Legos to my class for my students to build and enjoy. A couple of fun facts about me are; I like to cook and bake. My favorite drink is sweet tea and coke cola. My favorite colors are black, red, and grey and most importantly I love teaching!
